TESDA Conducts Career Profiling Activity for ZSPI student
A Career Profiling Activity was successfully conducted for students of Zamboanga Sibugay Polytechnic Institute (ZSPI) through the collaborative efforts of the CPI Norming Activities Team and representatives from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). The activity aimed to guide students in identifying their strengths, interests, and potential career paths through career assessment and guidance.
Career profiling is a guidance service that helps learners make informed decisions about their future careers by assessing their abilities and occupational interests, enabling them to select programs that best suit their skills and aspirations.
The activity was attended by TESDA representatives from NITESD–Learning Development Division (LDD), including Jessica Bolda, Technical Support, and Catherine Abarcar, Senior TESDS I. The event also welcomed Dr. Lucila Bance from InnoChange International Consultants Inc. as the resource person, together with Engr. Edwin Pagsiat from the TESD Regional Office.
ZSPI facilitators Ruben Sajulga, RGC, Engr. Amy Mabatid, John Michael L. Montillano, MAEd, and Bryle Barrios assisted in the conduct of the activity, supporting students in exploring suitable career pathways aligned with their skills and aspirations.
Through this initiative, students were given the opportunity to better understand their career interests and abilities, helping them make informed decisions regarding their future training and professional paths.
